Membership Committee

The Membership Committee assists City Club in recruiting and retaining members through innovative strategies so that the Club continues to remain a vibrant force in the civic life of Portland and the region. 

This fun group leads a variety of efforts including:

• welcoming new members and helping them find a home at City Club
• reaching out to other groups for collaboration, networking and membership opportunities
• strategizing about ways to improve member benefits
• organizing Final Fridays
• attending networking events and community events to raise City Club’s visibility and educate people about the organization’s mission and work.

The membership committee welcomes any member with energy and commitment. It could also be a great volunteer opportunity for members who have expertise in sales, marketing, public relations, communications and organizing events.
