Multnomah County Public Mental Health Research Committee

This comprehensive research study is currently in progress.  The study committee is charged with: (1) describing Multnomah County's process for managing its mental health services; (2) describing objective effectiveness standards in regards to the management of public mental health services; (3) comparing these objective effectiveness standards to current practices in Multnomah County to determine how well the county is meeting them; and (4) identifying areas that are performing well and making recommendations for improvement in areas that are performing poorly.  Read the study charge for more information about the scope and objectives of the study.
