City Club of Portland is a 501(c)(3) membership organization. Our members elect a Board of Governors, which serves as the steward of our mission and values. Staff support the board and members by ensuring smooth operations, communications, and coordination.
Civic Education, Engagement, and Action
The City Club of Portland was founded in 1916 with the mission to inform our members and the community in public matters and to arouse in them a realization of the obligations of citizenship. We are one of the oldest civic organizations in Oregon.
