Join City Club’s Ross Island Study Committee on Thursday, April 9 at OMSI for a presentation of their recommendations for the future use, ownership, and access of Ross Island, a large island complex in the lower Willamette River near downtown Portland.
Over 10 months, City Club members studied participatory budgeting in cities like Chicago, Durham, and NYC, reviewing public testimony, program data, and more. Their findings are now available in a comprehensive 96-page report.
