Join City Club’s Ross Island Study Committee on Thursday, April 9, from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at OMSI for a presentation of their recommendations for the future use, ownership, and access of Ross Island, a large island complex in the lower Willamette River near downtown Portland.

Over the past 10 months, the committee reviewed public records and past studies, heard testimony from more than 50 witnesses, and received briefings from public agencies, condensing their work into a 30-plus page research report.

This meeting will take place before City Club members vote on adopting the report as the organization’s official position. City Club members are especially encouraged to attend to have any questions answered that may inform their vote. Everyone is welcome, but space is limited.
